Continuity

When we first see Romano fall to the ground after his arm is chopped off, Goran Visnjic is already looking up at him in the background. But when we see Goran in close up, he is only just looking up from his patient.

Factual errors

The train Elizabeth Corday catches from Kings Cross station to Heathrow is an GNER train, which runs up the east coast mainline, and nowhere near Heathrow airport.
In London, Elizabeth Corday is referred to as Dr rather than Ms.
When Dr. Corday uses the term "male" when describing a patient, Dr. Whitehead corrects her stating "male" is an adjective, implying it is not a noun. While arguably his suggestion of "man" may be more appropriate, even in British grammar "male" is correctly used as a noun.
At 12:00 Colin says that he dislikes helicopters more than airplanes because a helicopter can't glide. This is not true. It is called an auto-rotation. As the helicopter moves through the air horizontally and as it moves down (falls) air is still being pushed across the blades keeping them moving and providing lift. Even after an engine failure a helicopter can continue this "glide" as long as the air keeps the blades turning until an emergency landing can be performed.

Revealing mistakes

At 2:38, as the helicopter is landing the screen tells the audience that the setting is supposed to be in Hamburg, Germany. However, the tail number of the helicopter starts with "N". That designates an aircraft that is registered in the United States. A German helicopter tail number would begin with a "D".
