Dr. Quinn is in her bedroom. She splashes water in her face. She pulls back the covers on her bed and she sees a concentrated pool of blood. It is her miscarriage. The problem is that the pool of blood is close to her pillow. It is not reasonable to think that the blood pool would be so close to the top of the bed.
Mrs Morales appears to be wearing lip gloss which was not invented until the 1930s.
It is apparent that Dr. Quinn uses modern day hair clips when she prepares for her miscarriage bath.
Anthony has just placed his class' time line, as a large paper scroll, in to the time capsule to celebrate Founder's Day. It can be clearly seen. A few moments later Preston approaches with a photo of his hotel, and states that he will be the first to put something into the capsule. Jake and Hank who are there to oversee what goes in do not correct him.
Mr. Mayor (Jake) goes to the school to impress the Town Teacher ( Miss Teresa). He is not wearing a hat. This is an etiquette mistake that Jake would not have made. He is courting the School Teacher.
Matthew, Brian, Katie, and Wolf are all waiting by the wagon for Dr. Quinn. It is not logical or reasonable for children and the dog to be patiently waiting in such uncomfortable conditions. They would be walking around or doing the present chores rather than sitting in a hard wooded wagon.
Matthew and Brian offer to prepare breakfast and take care of baby Katie for the entire pregnancy. They are two boys raised in the 1880s. The tasks they commit to perform are women's work. It is not logical for these males of the 1880s to offer to commit to their demeaning chores.
When the leading male citizens of the town gather for the preparation of the time capsule, Loren and Hank are not wearing hats. This is a significant event for the town. Etiquette would require both business men to wear hats.
