When Sully rescues Dr. Mike, her feet are so badly injured she can barely walk, to the point Sully carries her most of the way. When they make it back to town, she walks around without any problem.
Dr. Quinn's feet were seriously injured during her forced march barefoot. Sully had to carry her during the rescue. After Sully prevents the hangings, Dr. Quinn and Sully walk away from the gallows. Seems like her feet would still be too injured to walk. She should have been carried by Sully to driven in a wagon.
After Dr. Mike and Sully jump off the cliff, they get out on the other side of the water. But as Dr Mike is getting up on the bank you can see her wetsuit underneath her bloomers.
