Dr Mike told Grace the obstetrician was a specialist in women's medicine. But that is wrong. Obstetricians are specialists in childbirth and pregnancy. Gynecologists are the specialists in women's medicine.
Sully sends the kids to Matthew's so he & Michaela can spend some time alone. A couple who are about to have their baby come to the Sully homestead asking for Dr. Mike's help. Michaela says to Sully, "Get Colleen and bring her to the clinic, she's at Matthew's". Sully already knew this.
When Sully is cooking the romantic meal for Dr. Quinn, they are interrupted by the young couple expecting a baby. The food was still cooking on the stove. Both Dr. Quinn and Sully rush out of the house without taking the food off the stove or making sure the fire in the stove is safe to leave.
