While Dorothy is having her photograph taken, there is inconsistencies between the closeup and the distance shots. There are more towns people in the distance shots than in the closeup shots.
When Dr. Mike asks Dorothy to inscribe her copy of Dorothy's book, she holds the pencil out to her with the sharpened end toward Dorothy. When the shot changes, suddenly the pencil is facing the other way, with the end that isn't sharpened toward Dorothy.
Preston Lodge gets Dorothy an interview with Collier's magazine. Collier's magazine wasn't published until 1888 and this episode is set well before then. Also, Dorothy says she used to look through Collier's when she was a kid. That would be impossible.
Dr. Quinn is a bit hypocritical. She shares all of Colleen's embarrassing secrets with Dorothy, but has issues with Dorothy sharing her embarrassing secrets.
Dr. Quinn starts heating milk on the wood fired stove. She then talks with Brian. She never takes the milk off the stove. She hugs Sully instead.
Dr. Quinn brings up sad emotions during dinner with the children. They suddenly don't want to eat. She is surprised and worried about them. She needs a lesson in emotions.
