Isabelle Hughes: [Isabelle Hughes and Theo Scott are walking up a hill] Theo, wait on. Next time you plan a walkathon, remember my sneakers.
Theo Scott: If I'd planned this little exodus, love, we'd be driving. Just be glad we're not wearing tar and feathers.
Isabelle Hughes: Yeah.
Theo Scott: Damm cow cockies. You right?
Isabelle Hughes: Yeah.
Theo Scott: A few years back, I could have swindled the overalls off a farm and sold them back to them as new.
Isabelle Hughes: Mmm, times change.
Theo Scott: Yeah.
[Isabelle groans]
Theo Scott: Let's rest a bit now, come on.
[They sit down beside the road]
Isabelle Hughes: Oh, I can't go on.
Theo Scott: Aah.
Isabelle Hughes: I mean the whole set up, the con game. We're getting too old for it. I want to get a grub stake and settle down somewhere.
Theo Scott: Marriage, you mean?
Isabelle Hughes: Not if it worries you, but we could go into business legally.
Theo Scott: Takes cash, love. High cost of living.
Isabelle Hughes: High cost of gambling.
Theo Scott: Who spent our last sixteen bucks on Tatts tickets?
Isabelle Hughes: Mmm.
Theo Scott: Besides, it would take at least fifty thousand dollars to buy a business.
Isabelle Hughes: Well how long would that take, to raise fifty thousand?
Theo Scott: About a week.
[They start walking again, then Theo looks behind and sees a ute approaching them]
Theo Scott: Ah, here's a go, love. Show 'em a bit of leg Isabelle now.
[Isabelle stretches out her right hand, and the ute pulls over to the side of the road ahead of them]
Theo Scott: I wonder what Melbourne's like this time of the year.
[They run towards the ute]
