Betty White appears as Mark's fussy sister, and this episode is one of the few where the rest of the regular cast appear on-screen, where they have dinner at Mark's place. Diagnosis Murder has to be one of the best detective series and isn't afraid to tackle serious issues for prime time TV.

A dead estate agent is found in Dora Sloan's new house, and there's no shortage of suspects in this humorous entry. The humour comes from Dr Mark's sister who is quite fussy, obsessed with posture - she stays with her brother, who is quite dismayed by her arrival, and her plans to move into her new house is scuppered when new house becomes a crime scene. That means her stay with the Dr depends on how fast the killer is caught; this encourages the Dr to find the culprit quick.
