- Greg enrolls in Dharma's yoga class to help him relax, and suffers painful regrets.
- Seeing eager beaver Greg is always stressed, Dharma gets him to take her yoga class, which is hell on his untrained muscles anyway, just too much after competing with Pete makes them strain a groin viz. ham-strings. Now Dharma has limping Greg try 'do nothing' at home- in his Streber eyes literally a dog's life. Meanwhile Dharma goes hold the fort at the office, but gets phone calls mixed up with dangerous consequences... Jealous of his own rich brother, Larry seeks to make Edward his investor, somehow cashing in on the female love for yoga. Kitty plans a birthday party for her maid Luddy, a gifts dilemma for everyone, but Dharma's...—KGF Vissers
- When Greg's competitive nature becomes destructive, Dharma exposes him to yoga, hoping to lower his stress level. After two classes, however, they both realize Greg's life is out of control when he gets into a macho "I can do this better than you" contest with Pete and pulls a groin muscle, while Pete pulls a hamstring.
Kitty is throwing a birthday party for her maid Luddy (Virginia Morris). All the work for the birthday party is being done by the said maid.
Dharma forces Greg to slow down and take a break from work. She challenges Greg that he could not possibly sit around all day and do nothing at home. At first, Greg loves having nothing to do. But soon, he is bored out of his skull and starts speaking to Stinky and Nunzio. Greg is so bored that he even wants to chat with Jane when she comes over.
Dharma goes into his office to drop off his papers and meets Greg's EA Marlene (Yeardley Smith). Marlene is mean and detests Dharma for being tall and beautiful. Pete comes by and tells Dharma that the snitch has agreed to testify and turn over the tapes but wants to meet Greg in person first.
Pretty soon she is juggling calls from Kitty, who wants Dharma to bring a gift for her maid's birthday party, which Greg was supposed to do. Abby, whom she is asking for ideas for a gift. And a snitch who was working with Greg and wants a meet before he will testify.
Larry has decided to be rich. He says that there is nothing wrong in making money so long as one is environmentally responsible and treats ones work in an ethical and humane manner. He is watching the "14 days to untold wealth" tapes. He is on day 2.
Dharma accidentally sends the snitch to Kitty's house and asks Abby to meet her to hand over the "tapes". Abby brings over Larry's "get rich in 14 days tapes". Dharma runs to Kitty's to save the snitch. She gives the tapes as gift to the maid, who resigns. The snitch is up a tree due to fear of Kitty's dogs. Dharma comes and asks him to relax and try meditation. Snitch relaxes and falls off the tree.
Meanwhile Greg is bored out of his skull and spends time with Jane.
Meanwhile, Larry goes to Edward with a scheme to mass-market videos of Dharma's yoga instructions. He wants Edward to loan him some money to get the venture started. Edward thinks the potential customers are women, so he wants to open a few stores in strip malls and sell them yoga clothes and juices and so on. Larry is intrigued by the smell of business success. Dharma sees Larry as a corporate sell-out and walks away. Larry tells Edward to rope in a celebrity to do the yoga videos instead of Dharma. Edward suggests Dolly Parton. Edward wants Larry to sign a contract, but he wants a salary. Edward tells Larry to buzz off and Larry wants a severance package.
