Dharma wants to get Greg an awesome gift to overshadow Kitty's cruise gift and plans to get an autographed picture from his fantasy girl.
Dharma tries to learn the identity of Greg's fantasy girl. She learns that Greg used to pine for this famous concert violin player and even shared a cab ride with her. The person plays violin all over the world. Greg finds her sensual when she performs. Dharma destroys Greg's fantasy by getting him a tribute cassette from fantasy violinist for his Birthday. The violinist plays "Happy Birthday to You" tune for Greg on her instrument. Turns out Dharma tracked her down and told her all about Greg's fantasy and the woman agreed to do to the tribute cassette. Abby tells Dharma that by shining a light on Greg's fantasy she ended up destroying it.
Dharma uses Kitty's travel agent, a buxom brunette, to create a new fantasy girl for him. The woman finds it creepy but breaks down when Dharma says that she is a beautiful woman and that she should celebrate her beauty. The woman says that men only objectify her as a sex object, and she also has a mind.
She convinces the buxom girl to flirt with Greg at the restaurant to help him create a new fantasy, but Greg simply won't notice her. Dharma puts them together inside a cab, introducing the buxom girl as someone who is going in the same direction. Greg gets really suspicious when Dharma doesn't get into the cab. He stops the cab and gets down to understand what is going on. Greg is touched by Dharma's gesture but says he will find a new fantasy on his own.
Dharma asks Greg to be honest with Kitty about not joining them on a cruise for Greg's Birthday. Greg plans to go with an excuse about his inner ear problem. Greg goes with the inner ear story to Kitty. The story unravels when Kitty asks a few questions about whom Greg is seeing for his condition. Greg has to admit the truth to Kitty. Kitty is offended when Greg says that he wants to be the kind of family that doesn't have to tip toe around others.
Greg says that everybody tip toes around Kitty as Edward doesn't like listening to the Opera in the park and Celia (Lillian Hurst) can speak English after spending 30 years in the US. Kitty is super upset and leaves. Finally, Greg pretends that he was embarrassed & thus made a mistake to set things right with Kitty. Greg also adds that he and Dharma would be happy to go on a cruise with Edward and Kitty. Celia continues to speak in Spanish to Kitty. Things go back to normal.
