When they replaced Susanne with Alison, this show was doomed. It would have been better to just go on without a fourth lead.
Alison is such an obnoxious character. If the writers had toned her down a bit, it may have worked out okay. But to have her come in and start ordering everyone around, as if she bought the entire business. telling them how to dress, what to eat, etc. just grated on me from the beginning.
the original cast was so good and worked so well together that trying to bring in other people just wasn't going to work.
