When Johnny has the vision about the second stewardess, a suitcase falls down. When it falls, it's properly edited. However, when time stops and Johnny looks to the right and back to the suitcase again, the rail on which the suitcase slides is clearly visible.
Although the pilot says that they are planning to land at Dulles airport in Washington DC, you can see the Capital building in the background during the exterior runway landing shot. That means the landing image was actually taken from Reagan National airport, not Dulles. (Prettier and easier to tell they are in DC, but definitely not Dulles.)
