Maybe the best

Warning: Spoilers
I think this special episode is definitely one of my favorite episodes. But what the hell do I love about it? Well, 40 Minutes without anybody else just Joey and Pacey. No Dawson, no Jen, no Jack. I mean I like all of them, Dawson not that much but he isn't awful but I LOVE Pacey and Joey. It's fun seeing them working on their relationship, looking back and discovering all this new/old emotions they feel. I guess this is the episode that made it able that these two end up together. Also the script and the director is in my opinion good which isn't normal for a series episode. So to come to an end: Watch it! If you have once? Watch it again! Ah by the way I'm from Germany so I apologize for my English...

The One Where Pacey And Joey Get Locked In A K-Mart...

Warning: Spoilers
I love this episode. It's on of my all-time favorite Dawson's Creek episodes. It's definitely in the top five.

In this episode, Pacey and Joey go to a K-Mart, after Joey pretends to be Pacey's sister at a work function, and then they get locked in. They have to spend the entire night in the K-Mart, whilst trying to get out. They call people, and no one answers. It's actually like the beginning of a horror movie, but thankfully, The WB, don't do horror. I love this episode because it makes Pacey and Joey think back over their entire relationship. They have to work out what went wrong and re-evaluate it. It even ends with a kiss. Something, as a Pacey+Joey fan, have been waiting for since the end of Season 4.

Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10.

One of the best episodes

I love this episode. Pacey and Joey have great chemistry and it's nice to see them reconnect. The two get trapped in a large K-Mart overnight. Soon Pacey reveals he has been having feelings for Joey again. She asks for time to think about it but finally tells him that she misses him and the two kiss and fall asleep in each other's arms. During the post-Capeside episodes, I enjoyed how Pacey and Joey seemed to have gotten beyond their horrible break-up to form a healthy friendship. Joey was even comfortable with him dating her college roommate. It's a very sweet episode.

Forced romance to save the sinking ship
interestingstuff26 February 2022
By the time the 6th season of this show came it was clear that the show was in its death bed with boring storylines, terrible new characters and sinking ratings.

They had to make a move to bring back viewers and they knew that people wanted Pacey and Joey to have a romance again, so they came up with an episode to force this down our throats in the most cliché-driven forced and fake way possible.

By the way, they should have named this show Pacey's Creek instead of Dawson's Creek since 5 out of 6 episodes are about Pacey.
