With the hit and run death, Ted Fellows starts piecing the story together after he gets a hold of the court proceedings on Monty Wilson. He tells Da Vinci he plans to make the story public, something Da Vinci advises him not to do, at least not yet. What does hit the media with great interest is the red light district proposal. With the investigation of the dead private eye who was tailing Da Vinci, he learns from Shannon, who was going through the P.I.'s notebook for Da Vinci, by who she was hired and who else she was tailing on behalf of her client.
