After Caje volunteers to try to sneak up the hill to get close enough to the Germans to throw some Grenades at them, he has to run down when they see him and they start shooting. After talking to Hanley, he is seen standing outside the bunker as Hanley goes inside. At the camera change to the inside, Hanley comes in and Caje is there.
Germans are firing US made M2 Browning 50 Caliber machine gun in some shots. Highly unlikely unless the were captured guns and German didn't have any of their more superior MG 34 machine guns.
After the mortars have been firing at the Germans, the GIs try another assault on the German bunker. They are forced back and are running toward the camera. Tire tracks from the camera vehicle are seen as it goes down the hill ahead of the GIs.
At roughly 42:05 Kirby and the machine gun squad jump in the foxhole they were previously dislodged from; as Cage and a rifle crew cover Kirby's squad. When Kirby jumps into the foxhole a previously killed GI suddenly jumps up as Kirby swats his back.
Saunders is wounded and the men are running back to the bunker. On the road and hillside there is a cable seen as they run past it.
During the mortar cover, Kirby takes men to flank the hill, he stops and and a shadow of a crewman's head is visible in front of Kirby.
