When the Rescue Rangers try to stop Bink from driving the Ranger Plane Monterey Jack's mustache is the same color as his mouth.
At one point when trying to escape from the processing machine Dale's dress he had worn as his disguise is back to it's original length even though it had most of it ripped off earlier to make a rope.
Chip and Dale are mysteriously wearing dotted pants under their dresses despite not wearing them before their act.
