Continuity

The slot machine works immediately after being unpacked from its crate, despite nobody plugging it in.
In the last scene involving the slot machine, the reels change position in the first shot after Rebecca hits the jackpot.
When Frasier plays the slot machine, he hits the jackpot with three bunches of cherries. In the next shot, the reels on the slot machine have changed position.
In the season premier's fire, the "Square House" sign had 3 corners burned off. In this episode the sign is restored with 2 corners darkened by soot.

Factual errors

The slot machine works immediately after being unpacked from its crate, despite not having its coin hoppers filled first. Slot machines are not sold with money inside.

Miscellaneous

When Norm visits the bar after getting his paycheck (Time 14:13,) the dolly the moving company used to bring in the Slot Machine is visible at the bottom of the stairwell. A moving company would have taken their equipment with them, after dropping off the item they moved.
