Continuity

An angered Carla rips out a big piece of Cliff's Beard and throws it onto the table. In the next scenes however there is no hair missing from Cliff's beard.

Factual errors

Before a commercial break near the 21-minute mark, Cliff has just told Sam about a flight to Florence on a "747 wide body". Coming back from the break, a four-engine jet is shown taking off. It's a night shot, but the jet plainly lacks the characteristic forward hump of the 747 fuselage and is most likely a Boeing 707, the only other 4-engine passenger jet in common use in the US at the time.
In Sam's daydream about his stopping the wedding, the priest stands before the bride and groom and the rest assembled there and welcomes them, in Italian, to the most beautiful city of Florence. But he refers to the city as the "bellisima" city of "Flironze". The correct name for Florence in Italian is Firenze, not Flironze.

Revealing mistakes

Don't think a fine restaurant in Italy (RIP Luigi!) would use the cheap plastic pitchers commonly used for water and beer in American restaurants.

Miscellaneous

Sam has Cliff contact a travel agent to book him quickly on a flight to Florence. Cliff does so and provides Sam with the details of the flight- including it is a 747. However, when the aircraft is shown taking off, it's a DC-8.

Character error

After a phone call from Diane, Sam says she is marrying Frasier tomorrow afternoon. Diane did say she was getting married tomorrow, but she didn't say what time of day the service would be.
