When Piper and Paige take Phoebe breakfast down to the basement, the placement at the top of the stairs is different than the rest of the series up to this point. Here it shows that they go straight down from the door when prior to this and afterwards it's shown that they enter the doorway then turn right to o down the stairs. It is also shown that the stairs from the beginning of the scene is shorter than when they went down a few minutes earlier.
When Piper is in the street and sees the dad struggling with his baby, the baby is supposed to be making fussy noises and cooing yet the audio track doesn't match the baby's actions as he does not move his mouth at all. Also Piper and the dad's audio doesn't seem to match their mouth movements either.
