I love this episode. It's so good. I really enjoy it, every time I watch it. It's just so interesting. And I love Cole in it, he's just awesome.
In this episode, Phoebe has a premonition of her new boyfriend dying in a police shootout. So obviously, she and Piper save him from being shot and all is well. Until she has another premonition. It turns out that this man is destined to die. Cole gets a visit from a man from the future, who is his adviser, when he is once again, The Source. Cole tells Phoebe that if she continues to save her boyfriend, that she will eventually die. But she still continues to save him. And when the future adviser warlock goes and finds his younger self, and they steal the book of shadows and kill Phoebe and Paige, things get serious. But don't worry, Piper and Leo fix it like they always do. Piper finds the time portal that the warlock used, and she goes back to the day where Miles, the boyfriend, was originally meant to die. Piper tells her past-self that she must let him die, or things will just continue to get worse. In the end, past-Piper lets Miles die and everything is alright again. And future-Piper disappears, because she wasn't real anymore, because her present was erased. If that makes any sense to you.
