Goofs

The fingernails and tattoos on Piper's extra arms change length/position throughout the episode.

Incorrectly regarded as goof - At this time, Phoebe has not earned back any of her active powers, but, her empathetic powers take hold when she first meets Leslie (Les) and feels his strong sexual attraction to her, causing her to check out his butt and then kiss him hard.

Correction - it isn't Phoebe's empath powers that cause this, it is the God's influence being "rubbed off" as Phoebe explains right after this scene.
