Jaclyn Smith and Michael Callan in Charlie's Angels (1976)

Goofs

The Vegas Connection

Charlie's Angels

Edit

Continuity

When Cass Harper heads out of town in the white Rolls, two goons in a black Continental follow him; the Angels and Bosley trail both cars. Bosley refers to the fact that Harper's Rolls has little gas but when Harper speeds up and the camera shows the speedometer, the gas gauge can also be seen at full. Moments later it reads below empty.
Early in the show, all three Angels' cars (including Sabrina's Pinto) are parked in front of the office, but only two Angels are in the office with Bosley. Cut to Sabrina - miles away, near the Poker Palace - sitting in her orange Pinto.

Revealing mistakes

Also, early in the show, when all three Angels' cars, at night, were parked in front of the office, it appeared that there were no office lights turned on in the building. As seen before, the Angels' office is always "lit up like a Christmas tree." Thus, their office lights should have been visible from the street.
Kelly has driven the white Rolls Royce to the front of the building where Executive Vice President Max Scharfe has his office. Naturally, as all Angels do, she parked in a "no-parking" zone (red paint).

Miscellaneous

Sid Carver chases after Jill in the casino parking lot, jumping into a drunk's convertible with the keys still in it. Jill screeches to a halt and bails out of her car, causing Carver to crash into it. Then, when Jill has Carver at gunpoint, a security guard arrives, wearing no badge even though there are holes for it.

Errors in geography

The Hallmark Motel the Angels stay at in Las Vegas is actually located on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.

Character error

Sabrina says that the cases of champagne cost $180 each, but the invoice shows $185.
Late in show, after Harper's Rolls run out of gas in the desert, he is confronted by the two "goons" that followed him in the black Continental. Harper, in referring to EVP Scharfe, calls him "Mac" (or, "Mack"). Yet Scharfe's first name is "Max" (with an "x"). Scharfe's desk plaque reads "Max." And, thankfully, the closing credits also read "Max." (BTW, just "Max.")
