Sabrina gets hit on the forehead with an iron pipe. There is a resounding thud. That would have caused serious injury. Yet there is no effect, not even a bruise afterwards; she just staggered backwards.
It is obvious that Quincy's microwave, when switched on to warm the pizza, isn't really connected to a functional electrical outlet - it doesn't really start up to warm the pizza, just remains dark.
When the first nurse is assaulted, she breaks out through the doors and loud screaming noises are added but her mouth was not in a screaming position---at some point, her lips are even closed---nor did she look horrified, she simply hurried out.
It appears possible, on more than one occasion, that Jill's last name is misspelled on her uniform's name tag. It appears to read "Monroe" (with an "o" instead of a "u"). If true, this is the second time since "Angel Trap" where her last name was misspelled (she gave Jericho a phony card with her name, phone number and address on it).
