Suzy's car crashes into the wall and has heavy front end damage. Yet when Sabrina inspects the car later it shows nearly no front end damage.

Jill is shot at and falls to the ground. In the wide shot you can see her get up and start running to the other side of the car, but in the next close up she is still on the ground.

The colorful plastic strings curtain behind Jill (when at the poker table) goes from swinging to being perfectly still, to swinging wildly without anybody having entered the room, and back and forth. This can be ascribed to the ceiling fan clearly visible in the next room.

Setting the precedent in this series premiere, no one ever wore seat belts, either as drivers or passengers, even in "chase scenes." (Note: California did not enact a law making mandatory the wearing of seat belts until 1986. 10 years after this series started. Before that time it was very, very common for people to not use them.)Caveat: thankfully, Sabrina did wear a shoulder harness while behind the wheel of her race car at the track. Another female racer (Bloody Mary) did, too. However, it appeared that yet another female racer (Suzy), the one that was killed, did not wear a shoulder harness.

The inside of Bosley's trailer is bigger than the exterior dimensions would have allowed.

It's nighttime when Kelly and Dirko are having drinks at Pit Stop bar. Shortly afterwards when Dirko is driving Kelly back to Hotel it's daytime.

The Angels' office has a fireplace, yet, in the "street scene" of their building, there is no apparent chimney.

A cameraman can be seen in the reflection of the highway patrolman's sunglasses. He was speaking to two characters, but three people are visible.

When Gene Wells is in his motel room, he mentions he definitely closed the closet before going into the shower. However the closet door is closed, so why would he be suspicious?

The Corbin to Baja Run sign includes the misspelled word "ladie's."
