Jaclyn Smith, Cheryl Ladd, and Shelley Hack in Charlie's Angels (1976)

Goofs

Harrigan's Angel

Charlie's Angels

Edit

Continuity

Kelly and Tiffany are being chased by a black pickup on a barren, winding mountain road. In one shot of this chase, the pickup is shown driving through a nice neighborhood with nice lawns in the background. Also, the speed-reel that unfurls behind Harrigan, his passenger door, does not match the corresponding long shots: there is open skies and a canyon on his side, yet the projected footage from his passenger window shows anything from greenery, a parked car and an electric cable, when it ought to have shown the sky and dirt.
During the opening robbery, the clock in the guard room changes from 10:45 to 11:00 to show that time has passed. But when the scene ends, the clock has gone back to 10:45.

Factual errors

After "accidentally" smashing Harrigan's whiskey bottle while sitting in the passenger seat, she reaches over and stomps on the gas pedal to prevent him from going back inside for a replacement; forcing him to steer the car. The Mustang II was rear wheel drive with a transmission tunnel between the driver and passenger areas, which Kris would have had to get her leg over to reach the gas. However, the shot of her foot on the gas pedal shows no transmission tunnel.

Revealing mistakes

When Harrigan's car overheats in the final scene, the incendiary device generating smoke is visible when he lifts the hood.

Crew or equipment visible

In addition to the boom mic being visible in the guard shack's glass window, so is a crew member's head wearing thick headphones.
Two crew members are reflected on the phone booth as Kris and Harrigan leave the "junk food joint" after lunch.

Boom mic visible

Reflection of boom mic is visible in the guard shack's glass window when Tiffany and Kelly are talking to the inhospitable trucking company employee
