Charlie's Angels

Edit

Continuity

As the Angels and Bosley are looking at slides, the office is brightly lit, not darkened as is the usual case. Yet, in close-ups of Bosley's thumb and the remote control, it appears rather dark. Then later, using the remote again, Bosley "turns on" the office lights, lights that were already on.
Windows up and down on the Cobra as they cut back and forth during chase at the end of the episode.

Revealing mistakes

In the scene where the Angels are discussing the tennis players via slide show about 5 minutes in, the film is inverted on one closeup of Bosley (mole on forehead is on opposite side; part in hair opposite)

Miscellaneous

Kelly is parading around in her tank top and skimpy shorts, while Sabrina is wearing a thick turtleneck plus a heavy V-neck sweater on top. It seemed to be a warm California day, judging by the bright sun and the other characters, who are all wearing lighter clothing.

Crew or equipment visible

In the first close-up of Helga and the rattlesnake, on the far right of the screen, the viewer can see the "fishing line" used to bring the snake up and closer to Helga. In another close-up, the "fishing line" briefly appears across Helga's chest.
Obvious male stunt driver and passengers in the Cobra chase at the end of the episode.

Character error

The character that is attracted to Bosley is listed as Mrs. Hailey in the end credits. The times when she is referred to in the dialogue, she is called Miss Hailey.
