Jill uses her rental car to push the "bad guy" into the guard rail. Later, when Kelly drives the same car, there is no visible damage.
When Kelly is poolside, she unbuttons her white wrap to show the other Angels her new bikini. A moment later, it is buttoned back up and then it's unbuttoned again.
When Jill chases the "bad guy" through the two-lane tunnels, she drives on the wrong side of the road - the oncoming lane - as seen in the wide shot. In the car's interior shots, however, she is driving in the proper lane.
As Jill drives the apparent rental car (a bronze-colored Thunderbird) to the resort, quite naturally none of the Angels are wearing seat belts since CA did not enact a mandatory seat belt law until well after this series was over. There was also no rear-view mirror... otherwise, it would have blocked Kelly's face as she sat in the middle, back-passenger seat which is why it was removed so none of the actresses faces would be blocked (standard filming procedure).
