Shelley Hack in Charlie's Angels (1976)

Goofs

Angels on Skates

Charlie's Angels

Edit

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Although she isn't shown driving it until her twelfth episode (Cruising Angels (1979)), Sabrina's orange Pinto - seen parked outside the Townsend Agency building - was indeed used by her replacement, Tiffany Welles. You'd think after three years the company could afford a nicer - and less conspicuous - car. Perhaps the fault lies with the notoriously stingy Bosley.

Revealing mistakes

Julia's fingernails are painted a brown color but on the close-up of the box with Rita's earring that she is supposedly holding, the fingernails are not painted.
The million dollar ransom would weigh at least 17 pounds (if in $100 bills) but the backpack is picked up by different people in the episode as if it is weightless.

Character error

Rita has just been rather violently rescued---involving guns and physical fights happening in front of her---and suffered tremendous mental and emotional trauma, affecting the physical. She probably was also drugged and/or sleep (and food) deprived. Yet, she immediately goes out in the skating rink, and flawlessly performs a routine that she hasn't rehearsed for weeks.
