Trivia

Made as part of the first series and held over to the second. Pushed back again when Ronald Radd was unable to reprise his role as "Hunter" for the whole of the second series, with immediately preceding episode "The Worst Soldier I Ever Saw" written and produced later and then transmitted before it, in order to reintroduce the character to the series.
