Catherine gets emotionally involved while investigating the death of a six-year old girl at a carnival. Grissom, Nick and Warick take on the case of a jogger who was apparently attacked by an animal who knows how to use a scalpel.
When a runner is found dead on a trail, Grissom, Warrick and Nick suspect that he was attacked by a cougar. But they find that organs have been stolen and they suspect that a doctor would be responsible since he or she knows how to use a scalpel. Meanwhile Catherine and Sara investigate the death of a six-year old drowned in a tunnel of love at a carnival. The prime suspect is the owner of the carnival that has a record as a sex offender, and Catherine is deeply affected by the case.—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
