Continuity

At morning roll call, the lieutenant who is standing in for Sgt. Getraer tells Ponch that he's due back in court in 35 minutes and reminds Ponch that this is a recess, not an adjournment. Yet the clock on the wall reads 5:54 a.m. No court proceeding would begin as early at 5 a.m. (they usually begin at 8, 9, or even 10 a.m.), and even if it had begun that early, there would be no reason for a recess.
When Getraer is pursuing the truck at the beginning, he passes the same brown car twice. This footage is reused as he is followed by a small green car in both scenes.

Revealing mistakes

When Gertraer is chasing the blue work truck, he passes the exact same blue work truck parked on the right side of the road.

Character error

After the orderly hands off the bad oxygen tank, he leaves normally, supposedly to notify someone about the oxygen failure. Jon, after seeing the stolen Karl Wilson name tag, goes to the OR and stops the use of the oxygen. The orderly was unaware this had happened as well as that Jon and Ponch had talked to the true Karl Wilson, yet he is seen running down the hallway even though no one is chasing him until Jon runs after him some time later.
