So this was another really good one. I liked how they did this flashback episode. We were able to get a glimpse as to how Jason and General Grant met. The title was perfect for this episode as well...
I thought William Bryant did such a good job portraying Ulysses S. Grant in this show. I'm sure he really enjoyed playing that part as well. I'm actually really surprised this didn't last longer - REALLY GREAT STUFF!!!
And I LOVED the surprise effect. I didn't see that one coming. Of course, we know SOMETHING was going to happen? But I certainly didn't expect THAT!!! I really loved the Confederate Lieutenant...It really showed that all soldiers in the Civil War were really, truly brothers who just happened to find themselves against each other...forced, so to speak...
