Firmer youth worker and hippy Mick Sweeting is called upon for possessing a cannabis plant, when being questioned, McCann spots a car radio in the room, it's either him or his lodger Tony Phelan.
A very good episode, very much of the time, an intriguing story, with Chief Inspector Cato once again central to events, not sure what's going on, but I'm liking him at long last. A clever arrangement, a good script and some cracking characters.
Jason is rocking the 1990's curtains, which is more then can be said for Cato in his beige mac, I used to have one of those, Danimac, the shame of it. I cringed when Cato walked into that shop.
Mick Sweeting is an interesting chap, like a throwback from the 1970's. Pete Lee-Wilson is always good, he's good in the role, and very striking looking. Good acting.
8/10.
