The door in the kitchen to the left of the back door opens to an impossibly large utility room in this episode, complete with a large chest freezer. In other episodes, this room is usually a broom closet, but once it had stairs to the cellar.
Serena enters dressed like Samantha, and puts her bag on the TV set. When Samantha comes back, she puts her bag at the chest on the entrance and moves on with only the lemon meringue in her hand. In the next shot, the bag is in Samantha's hand and Serena's bag isn't on the TV set.
Serena and Endora conspire in the kitchen then hear
Samantha pull in, park along side the house. Just then,
Darrin learns from his neighbor Sam has been at the
Church Bazaar all day.
Just as Samantha enters the front door, Darrin stands in the kitchen where Endora and Serena were conspiring.
Multiple problems occur: a) Samantha should have come in the back door, in the hallway between the den and kitchen if Endora and Serena heard the car park in the back where the garage was along side the house
b) Serena and Endora heard the car pull up yet Darrin never did
c) In seconds, Darrin is in the same camera perspective as Endora and Serena calling for Sam. Neither were seen vanishing, nor Darrin catching them.
