When becker is sitting at the counter he opens the ketchup bottle and in the next scene he opens it again.
When Becker is sitting at the counter he is holding a ketchup bottle in his right hand then he puts it on the counter and moves his hand away.
Two scenes later it is now in his left hand.
Two scenes later it is now in his left hand.
When Richard Schiff's character first meets Becker in the diner, he leaves an envelope of papers (tax returns?) on the table for him. However, both characters exit without the paperwork, presumably left on the table.
When Barry enters the diner he swings around a lightpost just outside the door and you can see it move side to side showing it is just a prop.
