When Bob first shows Reggie the Super Bowl ring, he reads to her what it says, "New York Giants 1987 Super Bowl Champions" this is incorrect, although the actual game took place in January of 87' the season was 1986, therefor those rings are engraved with 1986, not 1987. The 1987 champs would be the Washington Redskins the following year, their rings say 1987.
