Reporter : Livewire, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn. So who was responsible for the collar?
Detective Harvey Bullock : Just a couple of rookies.
Barbara Gordon : Rookies?
Kara Kent : You bum!
Reporter : Impressive
Detective Harvey Bullock : Well, they show some potential.
Barbara Gordon , Kara Kent : [They high five] Yes!

Detective Harvey Bullock : So she smoked ya.
Supergirl : We put up a fight.
Detective Harvey Bullock : And lost. I never thought I'd hear myself saying this, but where's the Bat?
Batgirl : We're handling this.
Detective Harvey Bullock : Oh, that's reassuring.
Batgirl : Don't let that doughnut dunker get to you. We're gonna have this whole thing sewn up before Batman and Superman get back.
Supergirl : Sure. How hard can it be? Two against one, right?
Batgirl : Right!

Batgirl : [talking with Batman about Livewire escaping] The driver's recovered and there's been no trace of Livewire since.
Batman : I'll be back in Gotham in less than 48 hours. In the meantime, be careful. I'll see about getting you some "special" help.
Batgirl : If I need it. She's probably on her way back to Metropolis right now.
[spots electricity coming out of nearby power lines]
Batgirl : Or not.

Livewire : [Batgirl throws a Batarang at Livewire to stop her from shocking Supergirl] Ow! Ever seen what happens to a fly that gets caught in a bug zapper?
[tries to blast her, but her energy is running out]
Livewire : Oops. Lunch break. Catch you later, babies!
[transforms into electricity and escapes]
Batgirl : [runs up to Supergirl and helps her up] Welcome to Gotham.

Supergirl : So you know how to work all this stuff?
Barbara Gordon : It's my job. I'm a systems and data analyst at police headquarters. Aside from paying my rent, it gives me access to all police activity.
Supergirl : From here?
Barbara Gordon : Yeah. I can hack in whenever I want. Just don't tell my dad.

Supergirl : Your life is so cool.
Barbara Gordon : Yeah, well... so, how about you?
Supergirl : Well, I kinda live on a farm.
Barbara Gordon : A farm? Like chickens and cows and stuff?
Supergirl : Yeah. What about it?
Barbara Gordon : Fresh air. Early to bed, early to rise. None of this constant night work. No big-city congestion. You are so lucky.
Supergirl : I've got a lot of chores.
Barbara Gordon : Chores? Man, I always wanted to have chores.
[they sigh in contentment together, then laugh]
Supergirl : I guess what they say is true.
Barbara Gordon : The grass is always greener.
Supergirl : So what are gonna do now?
Barbara Gordon : [putting on her cowl and cape] We're going to find them, under whatever rock they're hiding.
