During Two-Face's story, he removes Batman's Utility Belt but in several subsequent shots, Batman is seen still wearing it.
During the Joker segment, everything is in black and white. However as the action is about to begin, in the top left corner you can see that only Batman's utility belt is colored for this singular shot.
After Batman reveals himself to the criminals they pull guns and weapons on him. In this scene the top part of Poison Ivy's costume near her chest switches between the normal green color to skin tone for several frames.
Joker's henchmen are drawn with nails on their fingers, but the tone of their hands' coloring suggests they are wearing gloves.
