"The Photographer" begins with Levitt's arrest of drug dealer Joseph Beatty (Sal Viscuso, third of four), who thought the police department had height requirements. Louise Myers (Anita Dangler, second of two) was flattered by the attentions of a sensuous photographer from Vogue, who simply lured her to a remote spot in the park to steal her purse. Phil Leeds (fifth of seven) is the unlikely purse snatcher, an elderly man with homely features, who really was a photographer, until his pony died! Kenneth Tigar ("Werewolf") makes the fourth of his six memorable appearances, this time as Jesus Christ, or at least a man who claims to be. He smiles the entire time he's being booked for assault and disorderly conduct, scolding pimps for "debasing the harlots!" (Wojo: "Bellevue says they're ready for him" Barney: "okay, why don't you deliver him...take him over!").
