When Master Sergeant Reville is first talking to Yemana, the neck end of the epaulet (the piece of material that runs from his right sleeve to his collar) on his right shoulder keeps changing. Sometimes it's tucked under the collar (the way it should be) and sometime the pointed end is out, on top of the collar. It changes several times during this initial conversation, indicating they did several takes of this scene.
When Master Sergeant Reville is talking to Barney for the first time his epaulet on his right shoulder goes from being under the collar to being over the collar.
Yemana says he was in the 442nd Nisei Division. and MSgt Reville repeats "The Nisei Division". The 442nd was a Regimental Combat Team that absorbed the smaller 100th Infantry Battalion. It was a Regimental sized unit, not a division. Divisions were comprised of two or more line regiments and supporting units so they were much larger. No veteran of the 442nd or Career Army NCO would make that mistake.
Master Sgt. Reville's hair is ridiculously long for a soldier in the 1970's.
Nick Yemana states that he served in World War II. Since this episode is set in 1977, that would have been 32 years after the end of WW II. Two episodes prior (tt0519067/?ref_=ttep_ep18), Nick suggests that he is 45 years old. Thus he would have been 13 at the end of WW II.
