Plot

After his supposedly dead wife Anna turns up very much alive on Babylon 5, Sheridan travels with her to the Shadows' homeworld Z'ha'dum. Secrets are revealed and Kosh's warning that he will die haunts Sheridan.

Z'ha'dum is the climax to season 3 and possibly the highlight of the whole 5 season arc. After Anna's sudden appearance in the last episode she explains how she has been on Z'ha'dum learning the Shadow's technological advances which are thousands of years ahead of Earth. She implores Sheridan to travel with her to the planet. After some medical investigations Sheridan appears convinced and travels to Z'ha'dum after first making some secret arrangements with Garibaldi. In the climax to the episode Sheridan, totally alone and surrounded by the Shadows and their agents, whilst simultaneously their vessels close in around Babylon 5, makes a decision that will decide the fate of the galaxy.
