All over decades, snipers stories have almost always been the same. Almost. But interesting to follow although. Most of the time, the shooter is a psycho, a loner, or a man smarter than the common dude who intends to put the police on a wild goose chase - killing is ex girl friend or a guy to whom he owes much money, and then shooting other girls or other guys, no matter who, so that the cops put the blame on an ordinary serial marksman killer. See the LAUGHING COP, starring Walther Mathau. In this episode, we have the unavoidable inquest, with the unavoidable suspects: the former boyfriend of the young gal who was shot, a loner protected by his mother who snooped around where that happened...And always with the awesome off jazzy score. But the shooter is still on rampage, continuing to use his rifle against ordinary people. The most clever thing to do for the cops is to find a common link between the victims. So that they can find out why they are killed.
I won't spoil it further, see for yourself. It is worth seeing.
