While it has always been assumed that Mr. Rumbold's office is on the same floor as the Mens and Ladies Department (which according to the programs opening music is on the first floor), Mr. Rumbold's new secretary says that his office is on the fourth floor, making a huge problem for believability in the premise of this episode.
When Captain Peacock reads from the Senior Staff magazine (no longer "What's On in the Store"), he says "Miss B. Belfridge." When he shows the staff her picture, the caption reads "Miss Belfridge."
In "Shoulder To Shoulder", Mrs Slocombe was Assistant 51. She's now Assistant 193. In "Oh, What A Tangled Web", Mr Humprhies was Assistant 13 (unlucky for some). He's now Assistant 4711.
When Miss Belfridge rushes onto the floor claiming that 'A Man in a blue overcoat is looking through the window of your office', The Line is wrong as Mr. Humphries coat is clearly seen to be Black, not 'Blue'.
When Mr Harmon is in the lift and turns to Mrs Slocombe the boom mic can be seen.
