This episode is set around Hallowe'en and is told in an almost eerily manner. When Uncle Moodri starts talking of the legend of Tagdog and puts the chills into George's family, bodies of Overseers start turning up all over the city without their hands! As cited in the legend of Tagdog! When Matt and George catch up on the killer as he is about to kill an Overseer the whole morality or duty comes under scrutiny. Matt makes the right decision and walks away and leaves George to face the Overseer with all of the hatred built up inside of him. This episode was one of the best of an excellent first season of a show horribly canceled as it blossomed immediately.............
