When Sidney is in Taipei, after the man blows smoke in her face, she looks at the car he just got out of and decides to steal it instead of the van she just picked the door lock on. The license plate of the guy's car reads "DH-5578". Seconds later, she is seen driving the guy's car, but the license plate now reads "JU-1587".
When Sydney steals a car after landing in Taipei, the number plate of the car starts DH in the wide shot but when we see her driving the car in the next shot the number plate now starts JU.
When Sydney talks with Danny at the pumping station, pieces of her hair shift back and forth past her left ear between shots.
When Sydney is being attacked in the garage she kicks the man attacking her into a car window knocking him out. She then picks up his gun from the floor, yet in the previous frame the gun can already been seen in her hand (it is barely seen).
Right after Sydney kicks the man's head through a car window, we see a brief shot of her looking to her left. In that shot, she is holding a gun and pointing it (visible as a dark blur on the left side of the screen). We then see a full-length shot of her, without a gun in her hand. She then picks up the gun and points it at Jack. After she says "Daddy?", the earlier shot of her looking left while holding the gun is then repeated.
During the shoot out in the lab at approx: time stamp 57:10, the slides/receivers do not lock back on the 2 pistols Sydney is firing when they run out of ammo,. The next shot when Sydney is crouched down behind the counter the slides/receivers on both guns are correctly shown locked back.
When Sydney is taking her lie detector test, the display on the technician's computer screen loops back to the start at one point, revealing that it's actually a pre-recorded sequence.
As Marshall is describing Sidney's gadgets for the mission, he says that the lipstick has a camera that he has gotten to "42 snaps" (pictures), but he would like to get it to 47 because that is a Prime Number. The number 43 is also a Prime Number and would be a more logical goal than 47.
When at the track, Sydney is talking to Will and he tells her congratulations, she mouths "Thanks" but her voice comes in on delay.
Dr. Zhang Lee comes back to see Sydney two hours after pulling her tooth out. When he drags his chair next to hers, marking tape can be seen on the ground.
A dinner takes place supposedly in Taiwan. However, the attendees speak Cantonese, not Mandarin, indicating Hong Kong instead of Taiwan.
Sydney supposedly deals with Taiwanese, but they speak Cantonese rather than either of the main Chinese dialects used in Taiwan: Kuo-yu or Minnan-yu.
