Adventures of Superman (1952)

Superman on Earth

Adventures of Superman

Edit

Continuity

When Clark Kent tries to see Perry White he runs to the Store Room and takes off his hat along the way. A moment later, he is walking along the ledge of the Daily Planet Building to sneak into Perry White's office with his hat still on.
When Superman's parents are preparing to put the baby Superman into the space ship, the blanket around the baby's head changes position between shots.
Perry White hands a copy of the Daily Planet newspaper to Clark Kent with his By line article before he was even hired for the job as reporter.

Factual errors

Before Clark leaves to go to Metropolis, his mother is telling him that the suit she made for him is from the red and blue blanket that he was wrapped up in when he arrived and that nothing can destroy it. Considering that acid and other things are more damaging than a pair of scissors and some needle and thread, she shouldn't have been able to turn the blanket into an outfit for him.
The opening introduction includes, "And now, another exciting episode in the adventures of Superman!" As the first episode, it could not be "another" one without a previous one.

Miscellaneous

Even though Clark Kent was raised since infancy by a couple that speaks in a stereotypical "Gee wiilickers, lands a'goshin'" country accent, neither Superman nor his Clark Kent alter ego have any hint of the accent or the vernacular.

Crew or equipment visible

The reflection of the studio lights can be seen in the lamp on the Kent's living room table.
