When Morticia takes the throat spray pump from Fester, the handle sticks out. It then cuts to a close-up and the handle is barely sticking out. When Morticia hands it back to Fester it's sticking out again.
When Gomez and Mr. Rodolpho stand next to the table with Thing's box, a person (probably Ted Cassidy) can just be seen moving under the table.
