When Malloy and Reed are chasing the young blonde man in his car, as seen while Adam-12 is heading towards the camera, both their yellow lights and the red lights from the rear of the preceding vehicle appear to float in mid-air, above the street. This means that the lights are reflected upon the filming camera and appear as floating "ghost lights".
When Malloy and Reed are standing on the porch before kicking in the door, there's an open space behind them with a waist high bush. When seen from inside the house looking out, there's a tall single vine directly inline with the door and a layer of clear plastic sheeting on the back side of the porch railing which is also reflecting the camera lighting.
When the blonde man dies at the end, he closes his eyes but keeps his left arm and hand up in the air. That hand would have dropped before he closed his eyes in death.
In the car crash, both Malloy and Reed tend to Lou Trask, while no one attends to the driver of the other vehicle that t-boned Trask's stolen vehicle.
