When Murdock enters the bar, a KISS pinball machine can be seen powered up. When the henchman follow him a few seconds later the machine is powered off. When heads out shortly after and passes the machine again it's powered on again.
When they overtake the helicopter, there is a red star in front. After awhile, the star disappears.

The helicopter is not actually a Russian Hind but rather a Bell UH-1 Huey with some added hardware.
In this episode the helicopter they steal is a Hind Mil A10. Hind is a model, the manufacturer is Mil and there is no A10 model. (It is probably a deliberate mistake as real Russian helicopters would have been impossible to get at the time that this episode was made.)
The casino's armored car has California plates.
When Murdock and Jody Joy drive into the diner with the Pontiac, the reflection of the camera lens appears as the sun starts shining on it. This is from the shot from behind.
When Murdock opens the hood of the convertible that Jody Joy drives the boom mic is visible in the upper right corner of the screen.
