The scenes of The A-Team back at their residence in the US at the end of the episode were obviously filmed at the same time as the scenes at the residence at the beginning of the episode as everyone is wearing the same clothes and BA's model airplane is still in one piece.
While disguised as the executioner, Hannibal tightens the noose around Bonita's neck twice.

At the end of the episode, the shot of Stockwell's arrival in the Cadillac has a jump cut showing the rear of the car. The exiting driver changes position in a wink and the brake lights go off without fading out.
While the crew are discussing what weapons they need and are told they can't have any, Hannibal reaches into a pocket of the pool table and pulls an obviously fake grenade. There's not bottom hence, fake.
When Face is being interrogated/beaten by Martien's henchman, Face's hands are tied behind his back but when Martien grabs Face's throat and punches him, he falls out of the chair and his hands are suddenly free.
After escaping, one of the escaped CIA operatives shakes Hannibal's hand and says "Thanks a lot Colonel" despite having only just met him and Hannibal being dressed in civvies with no indication of any military rank.
