A typical South American-set storyline, with odd events and disappearances in the area being caused by a sinister poker player who is played to the hilt by Robert Davi, truly one of the most imposing screen actors of the 1980s. The boys turn up, crack a few wisecracks, clean up the trash, and head out again. It's familiar stuff for sure, but one that gets by thanks to plenty of slickness.
